Our Guarantee

At Estring Bags, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. If for any
reason our bags don’t meet your satisfaction you may return them within 30 days, we
cover the return postage costs. Items must be in their original condition. For returns,
contact our support team on 1300 424 800 to receive a prepaid return postage label.
Upon receipt and inspection of the item, refunds will be issued to the original
payment method within 7 working days. 

Shipping & Handling

Postal and handling charges will be automatically calculated from your address / postcode once you have selected your item/s for purchase, this process takes place during checkout and still allows you the option to cancal your order should you so wish.

Our goal is to keep our shipping and handling prices straightforward and as low as possible. We do not view postal charges as a profit centre.

Australia

Post Satchel or Express Post Satchel

This option only includes Australia Post Satchels, Estring Bags will not accept responsibility for loss, damage or delays once the parcel has been delivered into Australia Post.

All post satchels are provided with a tracking number.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Typically orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the next business day.

Example of 'average 'delivery time standard post satchels;

NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA = 3-4 business days

WA & NT =5 business days

Express Satchel (Australia Post) 2-3 business days (CBD only)

Subject to peak and seasonal demands, all quote times are subject to Australia Post terms & condition.

Special Requirements?

Should you need urgent delivery for a certain date, or have special delivery requirements, please email us or phone: 1300 424 800. Although we can not guarantee delivery by a certain date, we will do our very best to get the outcome you desire.

If your order has taken longer than normal, check with your local post office, as they may be holding the package even though they have not left a notification slip.

Please note:

It is your responsibility to inform Estring Bags should an order delivery be late, incorrect or damaged. Please contact us immediately should if concern an may be order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion, following our investigations. We will not be held liable for a loss or damage resulting from circumstances outside of our control.

We do not accept liability for a loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. (Signature constitutes acceptance of delivery, ensure you check for any damage to the parcel prior to signing, Australia Post will not expect liability if the goods are signed for and no parcel damage was reported on delivery).

Force Majeure, Estring Bags is not liable for loss or damage to an article where the loss or damage wholly or partly resulted from causes beyond the control of Estring Bags including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or civil unrest.

 

International Orders

Our standard carriers for international orders are, Australia Post, FedEx and UPS. They are all reliable and cost effective.

We ship Airmail Worldwide from Australia.

Airmail delivery takes approx: 5 to 11 business days to*USA, *UK.

*Other locations may take additional time.
